YOU WILL EARN VOLUNTEER HOURS FOR EVERYTHING YOU CROCHET!! Granny Squares will earn 1 hour each. Blankets and stuffed animals will vary.

GRANNY SQUARE GUIDELINES

Please try to adhere to this tutorial

  • Please use soft acrylic yarn for granny squares
  • Make sure that they are SOLID; we will stitch these granny squares together to make a blanket. We don’t want blankets with holes in them!
  • If you are not local to us, you will likely have to ship your granny squares to us. Please CONTACT US before attempting to ship to deliver to us!

BLANKET & GUIDELINES

  • Be creative!
  • FOR BLANKETS: Please use blanket yarn. Acrylic and cotton yarn may be uncomfortable.
  • FOR HATS: Cotton, blanket, or acrylic yarn is fine. use your judgement; a rough, cotton yarn is not suitable for a winter hat.
